摘要
目的:探讨左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗急性细菌性结膜炎的疗效。方法:选取本院收治的急性细菌性结膜炎患者66例,并按照治疗方式的不同,将66例患者分为研究组和常规组。常规组通过氯霉素滴眼液开展治疗,研究组通过左氧氟沙星滴眼液开展治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的体征变化情况、细菌清除情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者的体征情况均发生了变化,相较于常规组,研究组的改善情况更加显著,P<0.05;研究组患者的细菌清除情况明显优于常规组,P<0.05;研究组患者的临床总有效率明显比常规组更加显著,P<0.05。结论:左氧氟沙星滴眼液在急性细菌性结膜炎的临床治疗过程中,能够有效改善患者的各项体征,抗菌抗炎,提升临床疗效。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of levofloxacin eye drops in the treatment of acute bacterial conjunctivitis.Methods:Sixty-six patients with acute bacterial conjunctivitis treated in our hospital were selected,and 66 patients were divided into study group and routine group according to different treatment methods.The conventional group was treated with chloramphenicol eye drops,and the research group was treated with levofloxacin eye drops.Observe the changes of physical signs,bacterial clearance and clinical effect before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.Results:After treatment,the signs of the two groups of patients changed.Compared with the conventional group,the improvement of the study group was more significant,P<0.05;the bacterial clearance of patients in the study group was significantly better than that of the conventional group,P<0.05;The total clinical effective rate of patients in the study group was significantly more significant than that in the conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Levofloxacin eye drops can effectively improve the patient’s various signs,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory,and improve the clinical efficacy in the clinical treatment of acute bacterial conjunctivitis.
