摘要
目的:探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗孕产妇产后出血的临床效果。方法:选取在我院接受治疗的60例产后出血患者分为观察组(n=30)与对照组(n=30),对照组采用缩宫素治疗,观察组采用卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组止血时间、住院治疗时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05),且在治疗2h出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:采用卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗孕产妇产后出血效果良好。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of carboprost tromethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant and lyingin women.Methods:60 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with carboprost tromethamine treatment effect.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hemostatic time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The hourly bleeding volume was significantly less than the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion:Carboprost tromethamine is effective in treating postpartum hemorrhage of pregnant women.
