摘要
目的研究老年糖尿病足的中西医结合治疗与护理。方法在该院2018年2月-2019年2月收治的老年肝病合并糖尿病足患者中选取20例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分两组观察组和对照组,观察组10例,对照组10例,对照组采用常规西医护理,观察组在西医护理的基础上融入中医护理内容,对比两组的血糖状况、生活质量评分。结果观察组与对照组比较,观察组的血糖指标更低,病情控制时间更早,各项生活质量评分均比较高,各项对比差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年糖尿病足患者中采用中西医结合治疗与护理,有较好的临床运用效果,对患者的病情控制有较高的运用价值,值得广泛的推荐运用。
Objective To study the integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment and nursing of senile diabetic foot.Methods In our hospital in February 2018 to February 2019 in elderly patients with liver disease merger diabetic foot treated were selected 20 cases as the research object, according to the indicator method is divided into two groups at random to observe group and control group and observation group of 10 cases, 10 cases of control group, control group with conventional western medicine care, observation group on the basis of western medicine nursing in traditional Chinese medicine nursing content, comparing two groups of blood sugar and quality of life score. Results Compared with the control group, the blood glucose index of the observation group was lower, the disease control time was earlier, and the quality of life scores were all higher, with significant differences in various comparisons and statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment and nursing of elderly diabetic foot patients has better clinical application effect and higher application value for the patient’s condition control,which is worthy of extensive recommendation.
