摘要
目的探讨中医穴位按摩护理对乳汁淤积症的作用。方法选取80例有乳汁淤积症的初产妇,在该院治疗,时间:2017年5月-2018年6月。随机分组,对照组40例,使用热敷加吸奶器吸奶,观察组40例,采取中医穴位按摩护理。比较两组临床效果。结果经护理,观察组临床效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳汁淤积症患者使用中医穴位按摩护理,临床效果良好,此护理方式可临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of acupoint massage therapy on milk stasis syndrome.Methods Eighty primiparas with lactation were selected for treatment in our hospital.Time:May 2017 to June 2018.Randomly grouped,40 cases in the control group,using hot compress and breast pump to suck milk,40 cases in the observation group,taking Chinese medicine acupoint massage care.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage for patients with milk stasis syndrome has a good clinical effect.This nursing method can be clinically promoted.
