摘要
目的研究个性化护理干预对糖尿病足患者焦虑及有效率影响。方法该院进行该次研究的时候一共选择了80例糖尿病足患者,病例选取时间在2018年4月-2019年5月期间,按照两种不同的护理方式将患者分成了观察组和对照组,每组患者人数均为40例。将常规护理应用在对照组中,将个性化护理干预应用在观察组中,比较两组患者的护理效果、护理满意度、护理前后焦虑和抑郁评分、并发症发生率。结果观察组的护理效果为95.0%,高于对照组的72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为97.5%,高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组在护理前后的焦虑和抑郁评分分别为(62.35±3.61)分、(41.02±5.05)分、(61.23±4.23)分、(40.34±3.25),均要低于对照组(61.54±4.05)分、(52.23±3.63)分、(61.61±3.81)分、(50.44±2.62)分,护理后的对比差异更加显著。观察组在皮肤皲裂、灼痛、麻木等方面的并发症发生率为7.5%,低于对照组的25.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理干预对糖尿病足患者焦虑及有效率影响显著,值得进一步在临床上推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of personalized nursing intervention on anxiety and efficiency of diabetic foot patients.Methods A total of 80 diabetic foot patients were selected from our hospital for this study,and the cases were selected from April 2018 to May 2019.Patients were divided into observation group and control group according to two different nursing methods,and each group had 40 patients.Routine nursing was applied in the control group and personalized nursing intervention was applied in the observation group to compare the nursing effect,nursing satisfaction,anxiety and depression scores before and after nursing,and complication rate of patients in the two groups.Results The nursing effect of observation group was 95.0%,higher than 72.5%of the control group,the difference was statistically signicicant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.5%,higher than 75.0%of the control group,the difference was statistically signicicant(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group before and after nursing were(62.35±3.61)points,(41.02±5.05)points,(61.23±4.23)points,(40.34±3.25)points,respectively,lower than the control group were(61.54±4.05)points,(52.23±3.63)points,(61.61±3.81)points,(50.44±2.62)points,the difference after nursing was more significant.The complication rate of chapped,burning pain,numbness and other aspects in the observation group was 7.5%,lower than 25%in the control group,the difference was statistically signicicant(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nursing intervention has a significant effect on anxiety and efficiency of diabetic foot patients,which is worthy of further clinical application.
