地高辛片治疗老年慢性心力衰竭对患者体内AngⅡ ANP MMP-9的变化研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的:分析地高辛片治疗老年慢性心力衰竭对患者体内血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、心钠肽(ANP)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)的变化影响。方法:选取我院2015年2月至2018年3月收治老年慢性心力衰竭患者128例,根据治疗方法不同分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组加用地高辛片治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果:两组治疗前心功能指标、AngⅡ、ANP、MMP-9、金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂(TIMP-l)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后LVEF(55.98±5.21)%、SV(59.63±5.02)mL、TIMP-l(184.55±20.11)g/L、CAT(24.15±2.54)U/L、GSH-Px(124.23±8.01)U/L水平高于对照组,LVEDD(53.12±4.22)mm、ANP(221.36±39.89)g/L、MMP-9(568.25±82.52)ng/mL、AngⅡ(67.63±16.54)ng/L、ET-1(53.26±8.67)ng/L水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应率(9.38%)与对照组(4.69%)比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:地高辛片治疗老年慢性心力衰竭可降低ANP、MMP-9、AngⅡ水平,改善心功能,减轻氧化应激反应,且并未增加不良反应。 Objective:To analyze the effect of digoxin tablet on angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ)and atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP),matrix metalloprotease 9(MMP-9)in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:128 elderly patients with chronic heart failure were enrolled in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2018.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was given routine treatment,the observation group was treated with digoxin tablets,and the clinical effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in cardiac function,angⅡ,ANP,MMP-9,TIMP-l,ET-1,cat and GSH PX between the two groups(P>0.05).The level of(53.26±8.67)ng/l was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group(9.38%)and the control group(4.69%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:Digoxin tablet can reduce the level of ANP,MMP-9,angⅡ,improve the heart function,reduce the oxidative stress response,and does not increase the adverse reactions.
