摘要
在世界经济一体化进程中,加速自主知识产权成果转化已成为提高我国综合竞争力的重要模块。针对专利技术产业化过程中的价值评估问题,构建了专利价值评估指标体系,并通过对某地知识产权局调查研究,构建了样本体系。结合专利价值理论及BP神经网络理论,构建了专利价值评估神经网络模型,对样本数据进行了实证训练分析,最终结果证明了BP神经网络在专利价值评估中的适用性。
In the process of world economic integration,accelerating the transformation of independent intellectual property achievements has become an important module to improve China’s comprehensive competitiveness.Therefore,this paper constructs a patent value evaluation index system for the value assessment in the process of patent technology industrialization.And through the investigation and research of the intellectual property office of a certain place,the sample system was constructed.Combined with the patent value theory and BP neural network theory,the patent value evaluation neural network model was constructed,and the sample data was empirically trained and analyzed.The final result proves the applicability of BP neural network in the evaluation of patent value.
