右美托咪定复合罗哌卡因用于竖脊肌平面阻滞的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 近些年,随着"ERAS"(enhanced recovery after surgery)研究逐步深入[1,2],提倡多模式镇痛,加速患者康复成为每个医务工作者特别是麻醉医生不可推卸的责任[3]。因此,神经区域阻滞,例如臂丛神经阻滞、腹横肌平面阻滞以及竖脊肌平面阻滞等麻醉方法几乎成为每位麻醉医生必须掌握的技能,其中超声引导下竖脊肌平面阻滞(erector spinae plane block,ESPB)作为一种最新的神经阻滞技术,首次由Forero于2016年提出[4]。
