摘要
针对破坏岩体室内力学试验试样制备困难、剪切强度参数难以获取的问题开展研究。通过理论分析,提出一种基于试样重建的剪切强度试验方法,采用环氧树脂灌模包裹试验岩块,按不同角度要求制样,参考变角剪试验开展剪切试验,通过室内试验对华兴铝土矿破碎岩体结构面的剪切强度进行测定,得到其黏聚力为2.44 MPa,内摩擦角为23.5°。研究结果表明:华兴铝土矿破碎岩体结构面的剪切强度与现场实际相符,验证了该方法的实用性,该方法能够获取破碎岩体结构面的剪切强度,为其它矿山提供借鉴。
In order to solve the problem that is difficult to prepare laboratory mechanical test specimens and obtain shear strength parameters for rock mass failure,this paper studies the failure of laboratory mechanical test specimens.Through theoretical analysis,the paper puts forward a shear strength test method based on sample reconstruction.The test rock is wrapped by epoxy resin and the samples are prepared according to the requirements of different angles.The shear experiment is carried out with reference to the variable angle shear test.The shear strength of the structural plane of Huaxing bauxite broken rock mass is measured through the indoor test,and the cohesion is 2.44 MPa,and the internal friction angle is 23.5°.The research results show that the shear strength of the fractured rock mass discontinuity in Huaxing bauxite mine is consistent with the field practice,which verifies the practicability of the method.The method can obtain the shear strength of the fractured rock mass discontinuity,and provide reference for other mines.
