高效沉淀池与滤布滤池组合工艺在某污水处理厂提标改造中的应用 被引量:17

摘要 水环境污染形势严峻,国家要求重点流域内的城镇生活污水处理厂出水执行一级A标准(GB 18918-2002),常规的二级处理工艺难以实现稳定达标,需采用深度处理工艺进行提标改造,而TP和SS是制约整体达标排放的主要因素。采用"高效沉淀池+滤布滤池"组合工艺在某污水处理厂进行提标改造,实际运行结果表明,该组合工艺运行稳定,出水各项指标均达到排放标准,其中出水TP和SS平均质量浓度分别为0.25、5.38 mg/L,TP削减量提高17.5 t/a,SS削减量提高157.7 t/a,环境效益明显。同时,分析了各工艺段对TP、SS的去除效率,结果表明,高效沉淀池对TP、SS的去除率分别为55.36%、35.92%,滤布滤池对TP、SS的去除率分别为19.64%、12.62%。 With serious water pollution, the effluent of WWTPs in key river basins is required to meet the first grade A standard(GB 18918-2002). Conventional secondary treatment process is difficult to be stable up to standard. Thus, to upgrade traditional technology to an advanced level is essential. Normally, TP and SS are the main factors of non-compliance. High-efficiency sedimentation tank and cloth media filter are applied in a WWTP. The results show that combined process is highly stable and effluent indicators can meet the emission standard. Average effluent concentration of TP and SS is 0.25 mg/L and 5.38 mg/L. TP reduction increases by 17.5 t/a, and SS reduction increases by 157.7 t/a with significant environmental benefits. At the same time, removal efficiency of TP and SS in each section is also analyzed. The results show that removal rates of TP and SS in high-efficiency sedimentation tank are 55.36% and 35.92%, respectively. Removal rates of TP and SS in cloth media filter are 19.64% and 12.62%, respectively.
