摘要
目的:探讨“医药分开”后医院中药师个人职业规划的策略选择。方法:运用SWOT分析法,讨论“医药分开”后医院中药师所处环境的机遇与威胁,结合中药师自身的优劣势进行策略分析,寻求医院中药师的职业发展方向。结果:“医药分开”后,医院中药师职业发展策略为:根据临床需要,主动融入医疗团队;提升团队能力,推动临床药学规范化。结论:中药师应根据自身条件,在做好现阶段工作的前提下,积极参与到中医临床药学工作中,适应国家医药发展的新形势。
Objective:To explore the strategic choices of personal career planning for traditional Chinese pharmacists in hospitals in the background of the“separation of medicine from pharmacy”.Methods:The opportunities and threats of the traditional Chinese pharmacists in hospitals were discussed by SWOT analysis and the advantages and disadvantages of themselves were analyzed so as to seek the direction of their career development.Results:The development strategy of traditional Chinese pharmacists under the background of the separation of medicine from pharmacy is to proactively integrate into the medical team according to the clinical needs,to enhance team capabilities and to promote the standardization of clinical pharmacy.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese pharmacists should actively participate in the clinical pharmacy work of TCM based on their own conditions and under the premise of doing the work well at the current stage and adapt to the new situation of the development of national medicine.
