摘要
海上平台丛式井、定向井居多,井距小,井口密集。当生产试井或钢丝作业时,平台上经常受到钻机、修井机的覆盖、遮挡,致使吊车无法配合吊装井口防喷系统,延误工期。为提高作业时效,在原有简易试油井架的基础上,研发了防喷系统的提升卡瓦、专用井盖及专用井盖护板等配套设备,弥补了传统简易井架在平稳性、安全性方面的缺陷,探索了新型简易试油井架吊装作业工艺技术。该工艺首次在JZ25-1S-A06井实验成功,并陆续在辽东作业区推广应用,成功率100%。新型简易试油井架的应用,实现了平台生产井试井、钻井、修井同期或交叉作业,提高平台施工时效,保证了施工现场人员及设备安全。
The offshore platform has many cluster wells and directional wells.The well spacing is small and the wellhead is dense.The wellheads are often covered and blocked by the drilling and workover rigs,and unable to cooperate with the hoisting wellhead system during the well production test or pressure-testing using steel wire.It will extend the construction period.A new type of simple derrick lifting operation is explored to improve the working efficiency.On the basis of the original simple oil derrick,the auxiliary equipment such as the lifting slip of the blowout prevention system,the special manhole cover and the special manhole cover guard plate are developed to make up for the shortcomings of the traditional simple derrick in terms of stability and safety.This series of equipment have been successfully tested in the JZ25-1S-A06 well for the first time and gradually applied in the Liaodong operation area,with a success 100% rate.The new simple oil derrick realizes simultaneous or cross operation of the well testing,drilling and modifying of the platform production wells.It improves the working efficiency and ensures the safety of personnel and equipment at the construction site.
