摘要
市场经济的高度发展是促进我国社会建设、科技发展、人民安居乐业的主要因素,在今天越来越多的经济建设成果开始惠及人民,电力通信技术正是这样一种基于经济发展而存在和进步的高新技术。中国是一个人口大国,所以人们的生产生活用电量非常可观,在这种情况下如何才能实现智能电网的建设、如何才能让电力通信技术发挥积极作用成为了我们必须要考虑的问题之一。
The high development of market economy is the main factor to promote the social construction, the development of science and technology, and the people’s living and working in peace and contentment. Today, more and more economic construction achievements begin to benefit the people. Power communication technology is such a high-tech existing and progressive based on economic development. China is a country with a large population, so people’s production and living electricity consumption is very considerable. In this case, how to realize the construction of smart grid and how to make the power communication technology play an active role has become one of the issues we must consider.
