摘要
目的探讨HOTAIR的表达与乳腺癌的关系。方法选取64例乳腺癌患者,取其癌组织以及邻近正常组织,采用RT-PCR法检测其中HOTAIR表达水平,分析其表达量与患者病理特征的关系。结果与相邻正常组织相比,HOTAIR在乳腺癌组织中的表达明显上调(P<0.05);HOTAIR表达量与癌组织的分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移相关(χ^2=7.893~11.099,P<0.05)。结论 HOTAIR可能参与乳腺癌发生、进展的调节。
Objective To investigate the relationship between HOTAIR expression and breast cancer.Methods Sixty-four patients with breast cancer were selected.The cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were selected,and the expression level of HOTAIR was detected by RT-PCR.The relationship between the expression level and the pathological characteristics of the patients was analyzed.Results Compared with adjacent normal tissues,the expression of HOTAIR in breast cancer tissues was significantly up-regulated(P<0.05);the expression of HOTAIR was significantly related to the degree of differentiation,clinical stage,and lymph node metastasis of cancer tissues(χ^2=7.893~11.099,P<0.05).Conclusion HOTAIR may be involved in the regulation of breast cancer occurrence and progression.
