摘要
为帮助受灾群众减轻重大灾害发生时的心理危机,对公众在重大灾害发生时心理危机干预进行分析。设计了公众心理干预支撑服务体系,通过认知模式、心理转变模式、支持资源整合模式以及平衡模式识别公众心理危机。采用宣传教育、提出心理危机干预议题、现场心理危机干预和构建心理危机干预组织的方法完成公众心理危机干预。针对我国人口与重大灾害发生特点建议制定心理危机干预法律法规、科学构建重大灾害发生后相关制度、重视发生次生灾难对公众心理产生的叠加冲击,以减轻受灾对象心理危机,为心理危机干预提供科学支撑,帮助受灾群众减轻重大灾害发生时的心理危机。
In order to help the affected people alleviate the psychological crisis in the event of major disasters, the psychological crisis intervention of the public in the event of major disasters was analyzed. TThe design of the public psychological intervention support service system, through the cognitive mode, the psychological transformation pattern, the support of the resource integration mode and the balanced pattern recognition of the public psychological crisis. The public psychological crisis intervention was completed by the propaganda and education, the psychological crisis intervention issue, the on-site psychological crisis intervention and the construction of the psychological crisis intervention organization. In view of the characteristics of population and major disasters in China, it is suggested that the psychological crisis intervention laws and regulations should be formulated, the relevant system after the major disasters have been constructed scientifically, and the superimposed impact of the secondary disasters on the public’s psychology should be paid attention to, so as to reduce the psychological crisis of the affected objects, to provide scientific support for psychological crisis intervention and to help The disaster masses mitigate the psychological crisis when major disasters occur.
