摘要
针对坐标磨床的不同截面处自转且公转的砂轮直径实现精密在机测量的难题,提出了一种基于激光位移传感器的非接触式在机测量砂轮直径的方法,设计了砂轮直径在机测量装置。对测量装置进行标定,在检测并定位砂轮旋转轴线的基础上,以电镀金刚石砂轮为研究对象,进行了双激光位移传感器在机测量砂轮直径的试验,研究了2000 r/min^8000 r/min的砂轮转速和0.5 mm^1.5 mm的公转偏心量对砂轮直径测量结果的影响规律。试验表明,该测量方法可以高精度在机测量砂轮直径,重复测量精度可稳定在1μm以内。
Aiming at the difficult problem of precise on-line measurement of grinding wheel diameter at different cross sections of coordinate grinder,a non-contact on-line measurement method of grinding wheel diameter based on laser displacement sensor is proposed,and an on-line measurement device of grinding wheel diameter is designed.The measuring device is calibrated.Based on the detection and positioning of the rotating axis of the grinding wheel,taking the electroplated diamond grinding wheel as the research object,the experiment of measuring the diameter of the grinding wheel on the machine with double laser displacement sensor is carried out.The influence of the rotating speed of the grinding wheel from 2000 r/min to 8000 r/min and the eccentricity of 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm on the measurement results of the diameter of the grinding wheel is studied.Experiments show that the method can measure the diameter of grinding wheel accurately on-line,and the repetitive measurement accuracy can be stabilized within 1μm.
