多煤层联合开采防火技术在红阳二矿西三下部采区的应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对多煤层联合开采、分层布置的采区,特别是煤与瓦斯突出矿井,易自燃煤层在采取底板穿层钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯区域防突措施的同时,所面临的自燃发火防治的问题。红阳二矿在开采西三下部采区12煤、13煤期间,采取底板巷穿层钻孔限量抽放、及时拆断封堵抽放钻孔、注白泥、洒阻化剂、注水泥浆等一系列综合防火措施,并采用热成像仪、红外测温仪、人工检测、火情监测系统、色谱仪分析多种监测手段有效地消除了煤层自然发火隐患。该防火措施对于有类似条件的矿井有一定的参考价值与借鉴意义。 In view of multi-seam combined mining and layered mining areas,especially in coal and gas outburst mines,spontaneous combustion coal seams are facing the problem of spontaneous combustion prevention and control while adopting the measures of pre-drainage of coal seam gas by drilling holes through the floor.During the min ing of 12 and 13 coals in the lower part of Xisan Mining Area in Hongyang No.2 Coal Mine,a series of comprehensive fire prevention measures were adopted,such as limited drainage through boreholes in floor roadway,timely dismantling of blocking and draining boreholes,injecting white mud,spraying chemical inhibitors and grouting cement,and various monitoring means such as thermal imager,infrared thermometer,manual detection,fire monitoring system and chromatograph are used to analyze various monitoring methods to effectively eliminate the hidden danger of coal seam spontaneous combustion.The fire prevention measures have certain reference value and reference significance for mines with similar conditions.
