报警管理在乙烯装置的优化应用 被引量:3

摘要 报警管理一直以来是各炼化装置的关注重点。文章介绍了某公司乙烯装置报警管理的应用实践,该装置通过分析报警的类型和原因,针对性地对TOP10报警,频繁报警及报警泛滥进行优化,建立基于工况的报警管理,有效地减轻裂解炉因各种工况产生的报警泛滥问题。
