南沙大桥钢桥面铺装过程的精细化管理应用 被引量:3

摘要 通过对南沙大桥钢桥面铺装施工采用严格的精细化施工管理,对原材料、施工工艺、天气环境等各个关键环节的精细化管理,有效控制了施工过程中容易产生的集料级配变异、鼓包等质量问题;严格保证了钢桥面铺装层对干燥性、洁净性的要求;引入天气预报系统,便于大跨度钢桥面铺装施工时段合理安排,也有效提高了南沙大桥铺装层的质量,保证工程的进度;通过及时清除施工过程中人与施工器械产生的污染物、监控温度变化以及碾压工序规范化,保证关键环节的精细化管理,提高工程质量。该建设经验可为相关项目提供参考借鉴。 Through the strict and meticulous construction management of the steel bridge deck pavement of Nansha Bridge,the fine management of raw materials,construction technology,weather environment and other key links effectively control the quality problems such as aggregate gradation variation anddrum kits that was easy to occur during the construction process;secondly,the requirements for the dryness and cleanliness of the steel bridge deck pavement were strictly guaranteed;the weather forecast system wass introduced to facilitate the reasonable arrangement of the long-span steel bridge deck pavement construction time,and the Nansha Bridge pavement was effectively improved.The quality of the layer ensures the progress of the project;timely clears the pollutants generated by people and construction equipment during the construction process,monitors the temperature changes and standardizes the rolling process,ensures the fine management of key links and improves the quality of the project.This construction experience can provide reference for related projects.
