摘要 目的:总结分析突发性耳聋患者的资料、病因、发病机制及高压氧对其进行治疗的方法和原则,以提高治疗有效率。方法:通过中外文数据库检索突发性耳聋和高压氧治疗的相关文献并查阅相关论著,对获得的文献资料进行整理分析。结果:高压氧治疗可以通过改善微循环进一步改善突发性耳聋,但同时会由于压力不平衡,导致耳部发生不良反应。结论:高压氧联合其他药物治疗,再配合综合性护理对于突发性耳聋有较好的疗效。 Objective:To summarize and analyze the data,etiology,pathogenesis and the methods and principles of hyperbaric oxygen therapy(HBOT),and to improve the efficiency of treatment for sudden deafness.Methods:Search the literature of sudden deafness and HBOT of Chinese and foreign languages database,and sort out and analyze the related literature.Results:HBOT can help the treatment of the disease by improving the microcirculation,but at the same time it can cause adverse ear reactions due to unbalanced pressure.Conclusion:HBOT combined with other drugs and comprehensive nursing has a good effect on sudden deafness.
