摘要
通过宏观和微观结构、流变特性考察以及粒径分析方法对经过瞬时高速剪切脱气处理的化妆品产品进行稳定性考察,并对比处理前后产品的性能差异。结果表明,经过低温瞬时高速剪切处理后的样品,粒径分布向更小区间迁移;经高速离心后,经处理后的样品不易分层,产品稳定性得到较好的提升;高温加速稳定性实验证明,处理后的样品在流变特性上有着较好的稳定性。
The stability of cosmetic products after instantaneous high-speed shearing and degassing was evaluated from the aspects of macrostructure and microstructure,rheological properties and particle size.The performance of the products before and after treatment was also compared.The results showed that,after the processing of low-temperature instantaneous high-speed shearing,the particle size of emulsions became smaller and distributed in a narrower range.The products thus treated were difficult to observe phase separation after high-speed centrifugation,indicative of enhanced stability.The experimental results of accelerated test using high temperature showed that the treated samples had good stability in rheological properties.
