摘要
以LNG接收站外输管网为研究对象,应用动态流程模拟软件HYSYS Dynamic,建立外输管网充压和泄压过程的动态计算模型,分别计算天然气外输管网充压过程中管道内储存气体质量、操作压力随着充压时间、充压天然气小时流量及天然气管道初始压力的变化趋势;并研究事故或检维修工况天然气管道泄压阶段天然气操作压力、操作温度和泄放质量流量的变化趋势。研究结果表明,建立的动态模型可仿真模拟天然气管道的充压和泄压过程,较为准确地计算充压时间、泄压时间、最大泄放质量流量及泄放设施的流量系数。
Based on the LNG terminal pipeline network,the dynamic calculation model of the pressuring and pressure relieving process of the pipeline network is established by using the dynamic process simulation software HYSYS Dynamic.The change trends of the gas mass and operation pressure in the pipeline with the pressurizing time,gas flow rate and inertial pressure at the pipeline network pressurizing stage are calculated.The change trends of the operation pressure,operation temperature and relieving mass flow rate at the pressure relieving stage in the case of emergency,inspection or maintenance are researched.The results show that the dynamic models can simulate the processes of natural gas pipeline pressurizing and pressure relieving,and accurately calculate the pressurizing time,pressure relieving time,maximum relieving mass flow rate and flow rate coefficient of gas relieving facilities.
