摘要
传染性单核细胞增多症(IM)是EB病毒(EBV)感染所致的急性感染性疾病,其发病机制复杂,与机体免疫关系密切。EBV感染机体后,以B淋巴细胞为主要靶细胞和主要潜伏感染场所,通过潜伏性感染和裂解性感染的转换实现对宿主的终身潜伏感染,此过程主要涉及机体对病毒的免疫应答以及病毒的免疫逃逸,其中细胞免疫功能的改变在IM发病、B淋巴细胞增殖的控制以及EBV清除方面的作用显著。EBV感染后IM患者的预后和转归存在差异,存在发展为肿瘤性疾病的可能,与机体免疫密切相关。
Infectious mononucleosis(IM) is an acute infectious disease caused by EB virus(EBV) infection.Its pathogenesis is complex and closely related to the body′s immunity.After EBV infection,B lymphocyte is the main target cell and the main site of latent infection.Through the transformation of latent infection and lytic infection,the lifelong latent infection of the host is realized.This process mainly involves the immune response of the body to the virus and the immune escape of the virus.And the changes of cellular immune function play an important role in the pathogenesis of IM, the control of B lymphocyte proliferation and the removal of EBV.The prognosis of IM patients after EBV infection is different,and it′s possible to develop into tumor diseases,which is closely related to the body′s immunity.
