摘要
升船机是航道升船工程核心装备,要求监控系统采集到的数据实时性和可靠性较高,并且具有容错能力,故障要在极短的时间范围内快速恢复。以贵州思林升船机冗余计算机监控系统为例,分析了该升船机的计算机监控系统在这种重大设备上的可靠性设计。介绍了如何处理升船机计算机监控系统在关键技术问题上的处理方法。
Ship lifter is the core equipment of waterway ship lift Engineering,which requires high real-time and reliability of data collected by the monitoring system,as well as fault tolerance.The fault should be recovered quickly within a very short time range.Taking the redundant computer monitoring system of silin shiplift in guizhou province as an example,the reliability design of the computer monitoring system of shiplift on this kind of important equipment is analyzed.This paper introduces how to deal with the key technical problems of computer monitoring system of ship lifter.
