摘要
博落回属植物作为杀蛆的青草药早在民间广泛使用,具有悠久历史,生物碱含量丰富为其中主要活性成分,在农业上有较高的药用价值,是重要的植物源农药资源。异喹啉类生物碱广泛存在于博落回属植物中,具有抑菌、杀虫、抗肿瘤、增强免疫力等多种药理活性。本文分析了该属植物小果博落回中化学成分及其药理活性,为今后小果博落回进一步研究与开发利用提供了方向。
Macleaya,with a long history,has been widely used as a maggot-killing herb for a long time.Its main active ingredient-alkaloids have high medicinal value in agriculture and are treated as important botanical pesticide resources.Isoquinoline alkaloids can be commonly found in the genus Macleaya,and have various pharmacological activities such as bacteriostatic,insecticidal,antitumor,and immunity enhancement.In this paper,the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of the genus Macleaya microcarpa were analyzed,which will provide a direction for further research,development and utilization of Macleaya microcarpa.
