摘要 针对钢丝绳经常出现磨损、甚至断裂等现象,将基于电磁法的无损检测技术应用于矿用钢丝绳的检验检测中,对矿方报废钢丝绳截绳取样进行无损检测,并与人工检测进行对比,进而验证钢丝绳无损检测技术在实际应用中的可行性。 In view of the phenomenon that steel wire rope often appears wear and tear,the nondestructive testing technology based on electromagnetic method was applied to the detection of mining steel wire rope. The nondestructive testing of the cut-off sample of scrap wire rope was carried out and was compared with the manual inspection, and then the feasibility of the nondestructive testing technology of wire rope in practical application was verified.
