摘要
针对胶轮式钻机在调试、使用过程中出现行走速度不稳定的故障,介绍了行走液压系统原理,分析了故障原因。通过检查管路、测试关键点的输出压力和液压泵的输出特性,结合行走液压系统原理,最终确定差速阀组的内泄是导致故障的主要原因。在更换差速阀组后,故障排除,行走系统恢复正常。
Aiming at the fault of the instable speed of the rubber-tyred drilling rig during use, the principle of the travel hydraulic system was introduced and the reasons of the fault were analyzed.Throught checking the pipelines,testing the output pressure of the key points and the output characteristics of the hydraulic pump,combining with the principle of the travel hydraulic system, the main reason of the fault was finally determined to be the internal leakage of the differential valve group. After replacing the differential valve group,the fault was removed and the travel system returned to normal.
