摘要
目的:探究采取子宫压迫缝合术治疗产后出血的价值。方法:2017年1月-2019年1月收治产后出血患者82例,随机分为两组各41例。试验组接受子宫压迫缝合术治疗,对照组接受常规治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗用时、治疗过程中出血量、治疗2 h后出血量、住院时间均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取子宫压迫缝合术治疗产后出血能够有效止血,稳定产妇生命体征,改善妊娠结局。
Objective:To explore the value of uterine compression suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:82 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were selected from January 2017 to January 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 41 cases in each group.The experimental group received the treatment of uterine compression suture,the control group received the conventional treatment.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The time of treatment,the amount of bleeding during the treatment,the amount of bleeding after 2 hours and the length of hospitalization in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Uterine compression suture can effectively hemostasis,stabilize vital signs and improve pregnancy outcome.
