摘要
目的:就集束化护理在小儿ICU重症肺炎中的效果进行观察与研究。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月收治小儿重症肺炎患者76例,随机分为两组各38例。对照组进行常规护理;研究组进行集束化护理。对血气指标、护理总有效率以及家属满意度进行比较。结果:研究组血气指标水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组家属满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿ICU重症肺炎通过集束化护理效果非常显著,值得临床广泛推广。
Objective:To observe and study the effect of cluster nursing on children with severe pneumonia in ICU.Methods:76 children with severe pneumonia were selected from January 2018 to January 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received cluster nursing.We compared blood gas indicators,total nursing effectiveness,and the satisfaction of family members.Results:The blood gas level of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of cluster nursing for children with severe pneumonia in ICU is very significant,and it is worthy of widespread clinical application.
