摘要
目的:探究快速康复外科理念在护理乳腺癌改良根治围手术期患者的效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月选取乳腺癌改良根治术患者80例,随机分为两组各40例。对照组采用常规护理;观察组采用快速康复外科理念实施护理。对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理总有效率高于对照组,且并发症率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复外科理念应用于乳腺癌改良根治术围手术期患者,可以有效促进患肢恢复功能,减少并发症风险。
Objective:To explore the effect of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the nursing of patients with modified radical mastectomy in the perioperative period.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,80 patients with modified radical mastectomy were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation surgical concept nursing.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate of nursing was higher than that in the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the nursing of patients with modified radical mastectomy in the perioperative period can effectively promote the recovery of limb function and reduce the risk of complications.
