摘要
目的:比较研究微创钢板内固定与切开复位钢板内固定在胫骨骨折治疗中的疗效。方法:选取我院自2017年6月至2019年6月间收治的138例胫骨骨折患者为研究对象。基于患者自愿均分为研究组及参照组,研究组行微创钢板内固定治疗,参照组则给予切开复位钢板内固定治疗。治疗后比对两组手术指标及临床疗效等情况。结果:两组手术时间对比未呈现显著差异性(P>0.05);研究组术中出血量(115.72±43.68)明显低于参照组(197.36±50.21)(t值:13.508);且该组骨折愈合时间(11.54±3.22)、治疗优良率(97.10%)以及感染发生率(0.0%)相较于参照组(19.19±4.27;86.96%%;5.80%)均呈现明显优越性(t值:13.508;χ2值:2.420;1.394),各项对比结果均差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:微创钢板内固定法在骨折愈合时间、患者出血量、感染率及临床疗效上优于复位钢板内固定法。
Objective:To compare the efficacy of minimally invasive plate internal fixation and open reduction plate internal fixation in the treatment of tibial fractures.Methods:A total of 138 patients with tibia fractures treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as subjects.The study was divided into two groups based on the voluntary equalization of patients.The study group was treated with minimally invasive plate internal fixation,and the reference group was treated with open reduction and plate internal fixation.After treatment,the surgical indicators and clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups(P>0.05);the intraoperative blood loss(115.72±43.68)in the study group was significantly lower than that in the reference group(197.36±50.21)(tvalue:13.508);Compared with the reference group(19.19±4.27;86.96%%;5.80%),the healing time(11.54±3.22),excellent treatment rate(97.10%),and incidence of infection(0.0%)showed obvious superiority(t value:13.508;χ2 value:2.420;1.394),the comparison results are significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive plate internal fixation is superior to reduction plate internal fixation in fracture healing time,patient bleeding,infection rate,and clinical efficacy.
