摘要
针对湿垃圾处理企业的政府最优补贴问题,考虑消费者的环保意识程度,构建政府、企业、消费者三方的三阶段Stackelberg博弈模型,运用逆向求解法算出政府基于社会福利最大化目标下的最优补贴值,并验证模型的可行性。结果表明:政府对湿垃圾处理企业采取补贴政策可大幅度提高企业的市场竞争力,同时提高市场整体的平均水平,验证了这项政策的可靠性,表明资源化处理有助于缓解当前湿垃圾处理能力缺口大的问题。通过数值分析得出,当政府对50千克为单位的湿垃圾再生产品补贴3.4476元,即可达到社会福利最大化目标,给政府决策提供了参考意见。
Aiming at the problem of government Optimal Subsidy for wet garbage disposal enterprises,considering the degree of environmental awareness of consumers,a three-stage Stackelberg game model of government,enterprises and consumers is constructed.The Optimal Subsidy value of government based on the goal of maximizing social welfare is calculated by using reverse solution method,and the feasibility of the model is verified.The results show that the government’s subsidy policy for wet garbage disposal enterprises can greatly improve the market competitiveness of the enterprises,and at the same time improve the average level of the market as a whole,which verifies the reliability of the policy,and indicates that resource-based disposal can help alleviate the current problem of large gap in wet garbage disposal capacity.Through numerical analysis,it is concluded that when the government subsidizes 3.4476 yuan for 50 kg wet waste recycled products,the goal of maximizing social welfare can be achieved,which provides a reference for government decision-making.
