PE料卷开卷机构控制方案的设计

摘要 为提高集装箱液袋生产的自动化水平和生产效率,增加企业的经济效益,本文对PE袋切割设备的开卷机构进行了研究,分析了开卷机构的结构组成及工作原理,设计了系统的控制方案,并介绍了系统的主要程序。控制系统采用基于西门子S7-200 PLC作为控制器,根据检测张力传感器数据处理控制变频器。该方案可以满足放料机与储料机之间速度跟随的控制,提高了开卷的效率,满足了PE料切割的节拍要求,解决了PE料拖拽时易扯坏问题,为后续的切割工序提供了充足的PE储料,为PE切割设备定长下料的实现提供了理论依据。该研究具有较高的实用价值。 In order to improve the level of automation and productivity of fluid bag and increase the economic efficiency of the enterprise,this paper studies the roll decoiler of PE bag cutting equipment,analyzes the structure and working principle of the decoiler,designs the control scheme of the system,and introduces the main program of the system.The control system is based on Siemens S7-200 PLC as the controller,according to the detection of tension sensor data control frequency converter.The scheme can meet the speed following control between the feeding machine and the storage machine,improve the efficiency of the decoiling,satisfy the beat requirement of the PE material cutting,solves the problem of easy damage of the PE material when dragging and provides sufficient PE material reserve for the subsequent cutting process.It provides a theoretical basis for the realization of PE cutting equipment,and has high practical value.
