摘要
对图书馆志愿者服务潜在风险进行识别评估,分析风险影响因素,并借鉴美国图书馆志愿者管理实践经验,从完善志愿者保障政策、规范招募程序、积极开展培训和有效激励反馈等四个方面给出可操作性的风险规避建议,以此保障图书馆志愿者事业的长效稳定发展。
This paper recognizes the potential risks of library volunteer service and analyzes the risk factors,by taking advantage of the experience of the American libraries volunteer management,and gives some suggestions on how to avoid operational risks from the following four aspects:perfecting the volunteer protection policy,standardizing the recruitment procedure,actively carrying out training and providing effective incentive feedback,so as to ensuring the stability of the library s volunteer career.
