摘要
新能源汽车与传统汽车相比,在底盘、车身与内外饰方面差别不大,但在动力总成、娱乐与安全的高压系统部分差别甚大。因此,高职新能源汽车维修技术专业人才培养应根据新能源汽车尤其是纯电动汽车的结构原理与故障模式,结合企业岗位对总成零件维修的不同技能需求,确定理论学习与实践维修要求,制定人才培养方案,形成新能源汽车人才培养与市场需求的良性循环,为新能源汽车产业提供适销对路的优秀人才。
Compared with traditional cars,new energy vehicles are not much different in terms of chassis,body,interior and exterior decoration,but they are very different in high voltage systems in powertrain,entertainment,and safety high-pressure system. Therefore,the training of new energy vehicle maintenance technology professionals in higher vocational education should determine the theoretical learning and practical maintenance requirements and formulate a talent training plan based on the structural principles and failure modes of new energy vehicles,especially the pure electric vehicles,as well as the different skills requirements of assembly parts maintenance for enterprise positions. Therefore,a virtuous circle between new energy vehicle talent training and market demand can be formed,providing marketable outstanding talents for the new energy vehicle industry.
