摘要
“以绿色发展引领乡村振兴”,农业废弃物资源化综合利用问题已成为行业热点,中国着力开展农业废弃物综合利用途径和模式探究,以大力减少农村面源污染,改善农村生态环境。对农业废弃物的内涵界定、可收集量估算方法、利用途径研究、相关政策研究、农户意愿与行为研究、废弃物资源利用评价分析、现存问题以及国外处理政策经验、利用途径等方面的文献进行梳理发现,现有研究中聚焦农业废弃物生态价值与生态补偿问题的文献较少,且废弃物处理中存在资源总量估算不清、缺乏全区域统筹处理站位的困境。最后,根据产业发展的实际需要,从种养分离向新型种养关系转换的关键时期的实际对农业废弃物综合利用研究进行了展望。
"Leading the rural revitalization with green development",the problem of agricultural waste resource utilization has become a hot spot in the industry.China is focusing on exploring ways and modes for agricultural waste comprehensive utilization to reduce rural non-point source pollution and improve rural ecological environment.The literatures were reviewed on the definition of agricultural waste,the estimation method of collectible amount,the ways of utilization,the related policy,the willingness and behavior of farmers,the comprehensive evaluation of waste resource utilization,the existing problems,and the experience of foreign treatment policy and utilization ways,in the existing researches,there were few literatures focusing on the ecological value and ecological compensation of agricultural waste.The total amount of resources in waste treatment was not estimated clearly,and there was a lack of overall treatment stations in the whole region.Finally,according to the actual needs of industrial development,the research on the comprehensive utilization of agricultural waste in the critical period of transition from the separation of planting and breeding to the new breeding relationship was forecasted.
