摘要
采用随机整群抽样法,抽取广州市20家社区卫生服务中心的326名家庭医生进行问卷调查,对其工作满意度的影响因素进行Logistic逐步回归分析。结果显示:广州市家庭医生工作总体满意偏低,不同岗位家庭医生的工作满意度有差异。为此,应大力推广家庭医生签约服务,提升家庭医生收入水平;增加家庭医生数量,减轻家庭医生工作压力;为家庭医生购买医疗责任险;提供公平报酬,激励家庭医生;重视并满足家庭医生个性化需求,丰富和改善家庭医生工作内容。
Random cluster sampling was used to select 326 family doctors from 20 community health service centers in Guangzhou for a questionnaire survey,and logistic stepwise regression analysis was performed on the influencing factors of job satisfaction.The results showed that the overall job satisfaction of family doctors in Guangzhou was low,and there was a difference in job satisfaction among family doctors in different positions.To this end,we should vigorously promote family doctor contracting service to increase the income level of family doctors;increase the number of family doctors to reduce the pressure on family doctors,purchase medical liability insurance for family doctors;provide fair remuneration to motivate family doctors;value and meet the personality needs of family doctors to enrich and improve the work content of family doctors.
