摘要
目的探讨延续性护理在宫腔粘连合并不孕症患者宫腔镜术后护理的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月~2019年2月我院接诊的76例宫腔粘连合并不孕症的患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为常规组和研究组,每组各38例。常规组采用常规护理模式,研究组在常规组的基础上用延续性护理模式,比较两组的心理健康、疾病认知及月经恢复情况,比较两组并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果研究组心理健康、疾病认知及月经状态指标均高于常规组;研究组并发症总发生率低于常规组;研究组护理总满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔粘连合并不孕症患者宫腔镜术后展开延续性护理模式,能有效改善患者的心理状态,提高对疾病的认知及护理满意度,其效果明显。
Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing on hysteroscopic nursing in patients with intrauterine adhesions and infertility.Methods A total of 76 patients with intrauterine adhesions and infertility who were admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected and divided into the conventional group and the study group according to random number table method,38 cases in each group.The conventional group used the routine nursing mode,and the study group was combined with the continuous nursing model based on the routine group.The mental health,disease cognition and menstrual recovery were compared between the two groups.Complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The mental health,disease cognition and menstrual status of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,the total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that of the conventional group.Moreover,the nursing total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic surgery in patients with intrauterine adhesions and infertility develops a continuous nursing mode,which can effectively improve the patient′s psychological state,improve the awareness of the disease and satisfaction of the nursing,and the effect is obvious.
