摘要
目的观察补阳还五汤加减联合西药治疗心力衰竭合并2型糖尿病的疗效。方法选择2014年1月-2017年9月接受心力衰竭合并2型糖尿病治疗的患者130例,按照随机对照原则分成2组。对照组65例,接受地特胰岛素联合托伐普坦片治疗;观察组65例,在对照组基础上加用补阳还五汤加减治疗。对比治疗前后2组患者的治疗效果、心功能及血糖血脂水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率(90.77%)高于对照组(73.85%),LVEDD、LVESD、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胆固醇及三酰甘油指标低于对照组,LVEF水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤加减联合西药治疗能够提高心力衰竭合并2型糖尿病治疗有效率,改善心功能,促进血糖血脂水平恢复,效果明显。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with western medicine on heart failure complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 130 patients with heart failure and type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to September 2017 were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomized control.65 cases in the control group were treated with insulin detemir combined with tovaptan tablets.65 cases in the observation group were treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The therapeutic effect,cardiac function,blood sugar and lipid levels of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate(90.77%)of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(73.85%).The indexes of LVEDD,LVESD,fasting blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin,cholesterol and triglyceride in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of LVEF in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with western medicine can improve the treatment efficiency of heart failure complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus,improve cardiac function,and promote the recovery of blood sugar and lipid levels,and has significant effect.
