摘要
针对电解角度传感器在实际应用中容易受到环境因素的影响出现误差干扰,如果不加以处理会导致定位精度降低,影响系统的控制精度的问题,提出一种旨在提高传感器测量精度的多传感信号拟合算法。该算法首先使用SG算法对传感信号的滤波,实现信号数据序列的平滑,降低异常数据点的出现概率,随后使用BP神经网络对多个角度传感器和环境温度传感器的输出信号进行误差估计,降低环境温度因素对角度传感器的误差干扰。实验表明,综合使用这两种算法对角度传感信号进行处理能够有效提高角度传感器的测量精度。
Electrolytic angle sensor is easy to be affected by environmental factors in practical applications.If it is not processed,the positioning accuracy will be reduced,which will affect the control precision of the system.Therefore,a multi-sensor signal fitting method was proposed to improve the sensor measurement accuracy of the sensor.The algorithm first uses the SG algorithm to filter the sensing signal,smoothes the signal data sequence,reduces the probability of occurrence of abnormal data points,and then uses BP neural network to estimate the error of the output signals of multiple angle sensors and ambient temperature sensors.The ambient temperature factor interferes with the error of the angle sensor.Experiments show that the comprehensive use of these two algorithms to process the angle sensing signal can effectively improve the measurement accuracy of the angle sensor.
