摘要
15XYG45-3(G)型锌银蓄电池原为歼七飞机的应急电池,由于在体积、重量等方面有优势,被选作测试蓄电池使用至今。但是,15XYG45-3(G)型锌银蓄电池的设计容量、寿命等对于机载测试电池而言,裕度过大,是一种对资源的浪费。因此,提出以锂电池为基础设计测试电池,并结合测试蓄电池的使用需求,给出了科研试飞测试专用锂电池的选型设计方案,同时有针对性地对其性能进行了试验。结果表明,此设计方案可行,蓄电池的性能满足实际试飞测试供电需求。
15XYG45-3(G) Zinc-Silver batteries used to be employed as emergency batteries in J-7 fighters.The batteries have been selected as testing batteries and used up to now due to their advantages in volume,weight and others.But the designed capacity and lifetime of 15XYG45-3(G) zinc-silver battery are excessive for carrier airplane testing battery.Therefore,a testing battery design was developed on the basis of lithium battery and combined with the requirement of practical application to lay out a selective design scheme of lithium testing battery for flight test.This design scheme has been proven feasible in the performance test,and meeting the requirement of power supply for flight test.
