摘要
目的:采用孕囊穿刺注射甲氨蝶呤联合中药疗法对子宫疤痕妊娠进行治疗,观察其临床疗效。方法:选择2016年4月~2019年5月之间某院接受治疗的38例子宫疤痕妊娠患者,随机将其分成观察组与对照组,各19例。对照组于孕囊内注射甲氨蝶玲,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用中药治疗,比较两组阴道出血干净时间、血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素小于1000U/L所需时间、子宫下段异常回声消失时间、月经恢复时间。结果:观察组各项指标恢复至正常的时间均短于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,组间数据对比均差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:孕囊穿刺注射甲氨蝶呤联合中药疗法用于治疗子宫疤痕妊娠,可获得较好临床疗效,可促进患者恢复,帮助其缩短治疗时间,建议在临床上推广使用。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of methotrexate gestational sac puncture injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy.Methods:38 patients with uterine scar pregnancy received treatment in a hospital from April 2016 to May 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(n=19)and control group(n=19).The control group was injected with methotrexate gestational sac puncture injection.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of this.The cleaning time of vaginal bleeding,the time required for bloodβ-human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)less than 1000U/L,abnormal echo disappearance time in lower uterine segment,and the time for menstrual recovery in the two groups were compared.Results:The time of recovery to normal in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Methotrexate gestational sac puncture injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy can obtain better clinical effect,promote the recovery of patients and shorten the treatment time.It is suggested that it should be popularized in clinic.
