血清降钙素原对创伤性骨折并发肺部感染的早期诊断价值探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨血清降钙素原对创伤性骨折并发肺部感染的早期诊断价值。方法选取2016年1月-2018年6月在本院治疗的创伤性骨折并发肺部感染患者160例,回顾160例患者的临床资料,使用NEWS评分评估患者病情,采集患者的血样,分析160例患者的血清降钙素原、超敏C-反应蛋白以及白细胞介素-6水平与患者预后的相关性。结果患者预后越差,三项指标水平越高(P<0.05)。患者危险程度越高,血清中的炎症因子水平越高(P<0.05)。从研究可以发现,患者NEWS评分与患者的血清降钙素原、超敏C-反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6水平呈正相关(P<0.05),与患者的预后呈正相关(P<0.05)。logistic回归分析显示,血清降钙素原与NEWS评分均是创伤性肋骨骨折患者的独立危险因素。结论血清降钙素原对创伤性骨折并发肺部感染的早期诊断具有一定价值,值得临床应用。 Objective To investigate the value of serum procalcitonin in early diagnosis of traumatic fracture-associated pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 160 patients with traumatic fracture-associated pulmonary infection treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected.The Clinical data of 160 patients were reviewed and their condition was assessed with the NEWS scores.The blood samples were collected to analyze the correlation between serum procalcitonin,hypersensitive C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 levels and prognosis of 160 patients.Results The worse the prognosis,the higher the level of the three indexes(P<0.05).The higher the risk,the higher the inflammatory factors level in the serum(P<0.05).The NEWS score of patients were positively correlated with the serum procalcitonin,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and the prognosis of patients(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that serum procalcitonin and NEWS score were independent risk factors for patients with traumatic rib fractures.Conclusion Serum procalcitonin has positive value in the early diagnosis of traumatic fracture-associated pulmonary infection.
