摘要
实验室的档案是实验任务的痕迹和证据,是有留存价值的历史记录。实验室是本科院校中占比较为重要的部分,而实验室所记录的档案则是推动院校发展的中坚力量,是以把实验室档案管理好在实验室的发展中就显得分外重要。然而,实验室档案管理工作未被正视的现象十分普遍,这就使得院校的档案不能整齐条理地被管理。所以建设完善合理的档案管理制度是本科院校规范实验室档案管理,提升实验室性能和效益的有效手段。
Laboratory archives are the records and vouchers of laboratory research work and historical records with preservation value.The laboratory is an important part of the University,and the laboratory file record is the main force to promote the development of the University,so it is very important to do well the laboratory file management.However,most colleges and universities do not pay attention to the laboratory file management and do not have a sound file management system,which makes the file management in Colleges and universities in a chaotic situation.Therefore,the establishment and improvement of laboratory management file system is an effective measure to standardize laboratory management and improve laboratory function and efficiency.
