摘要
平台经济助推了电子支付行业的繁荣,也衍生出安全风险等诸多问题。在监管立法缺位的当下,我国"机构监管"的模式不能因应现实的监管需求。文章针对平台经济下电子支付的监管现状,借鉴域外监管的先进经验,提出了我国监管模式的改革进路。
The platform economy has promoted the prosperity of the electronic payment industry, and has also caused many problems such as security risks. In the absence of regulatory legislation, China’s " Institutional Supervision " model cannot meet the actual regulatory needs. Based on the status of the supervision of electronic payment under the platform economy, this paper draws on the advanced experience of extraterritorial supervision, and puts forward the reform path of supervision model.
