摘要
目的分析产科存在的各种风险因素,并根据不安全的风险因素进行分析防范。[方法]选择医院生育高峰阶段(2018年11月1日-2019年3月1日)在我院住院的孕产妇病例,进行资料收集,综合分析。[结果]管理因素占15%;工作因素占64%;医院设施占10%;孕妇及家属因素占11%,提高了患者满意度。[结论]综合分析各种存在的不安全危险因素,提出防范措施,促进医患关系的和谐,收到较好的效果。
Objective Analysis of obstetrical risk factors exist,and analyzed according to prevent unsafe risk factors.Methods Hospital birth peak period(November 1,2018-March 1,2019)in our hospital maternal cases,information gatherin g,comprehensive analysis.Results Management factors accounted for 15%;64%of the work factor;hospital facilities accou nted for 10%;pregnant women and families of factors accounted for 11%,increased patient satisfaction.Insecurity risk fac tors.Conclusion Comprehensive analysis of various,proposes preventive measures to promote harmonious doctor-patient rela tionship,and received good results.
