摘要
对继电保护设备风险程度进行评估,及时发现继电保护系统薄弱环节,对维持电力系统安全稳定运行具有重要作用。以故障发生概率和危害程度作为继电保护定值风险评估的量化指标,提出了一种基于线路二次设备实时信息的保护定值风险评估方法。基于继电保护拒动和误动两个方面对保护不正确动作的概率进行计算,并以相对负荷损失这一特征量来定量分析保护不正确动作的危害。从保护定值的配合关系和继电保护系统的硬件缺陷两个方面,对保护装置整体闭锁和主保护闭锁这两种闭锁情况下的保护定值在线校核策略进行研究,建立以单个保护装置为研究对象的保护定值风险评估模型。通过对某地区电网线路保护装置进行定值风险评估,验证了所提方法的合理性和可行性。该方法有利于发现继电保护系统的薄弱环节,提升电力系统的安全性和可靠性。研究成果对提升电网安全可靠运行具有指导意义。
To evaluate the risk degree of relay protection equipment and find out the weak links of the relay protection system in time is of great importance to maintain the safe and stable operation of the power system. Taking the probability of failure and the degree of damage as the quantitative index of relay protection setting risk assessment, a method of protection setting risk assessment based on real-time information of secondary equipment on line is proposed. Based on the two aspects of rejection and misoperation of relay protection, the probability of incorrect operation of protection is calculated, and the hazard of incorrect operation of protection is quantitatively analyzed by the characteristic quantity of relative load loss. From the aspects of coordination relationship of relay protection setting and hardware defects of relay protection system, the online checking strategies of protection setting in the case of overall blocking and main blocking of protection device are studied, and a relay protection setting risk assessment model is established based on a single protection device. The method is proved to be reasonable and feasible through the constant value risk assessment of the line protection device in a certain area. The method is helpful to find the weak links of the relay protection system and to improve the safety and reliability of the power system. The research results have guiding significance to improve the safe and reliable operation of the power network.
