轨道交通用次级分段型直线磁通切换永磁电机研究 被引量:19

Investigation of Linear Flux-Switching Permanent Magnet Motor with Segmented Secondary for Rail Transit

摘要 基于城市轨道交通直线牵引系统,已有研究成果综合比较了直线感应电机(LIM)和次级齿槽型直线磁通切换永磁(LFSPM)电机,结果表明次级齿槽型LFSPM电机具有推力密度大、效率高和功率因数高等优点。然而,其次级为齿槽结构,如应用于轨道交通等长距离驱动系统时,则会增加次级体积及材料和加工成本。为了进一步降低次级成本,该文首先提出一种次级分段型LFSPM电机拓扑结构,该电机次级无轭部,仅由分段导磁块组成,次级材料体积小、成本低。通过对该电机的气隙磁场进行谐波分析,推导了推力产生的机理。然后在直线电机驱动地铁的实际尺寸及运行工况条件下,建立了该电机的二维有限元仿真模型,并对关键参数进行了优化。最后,在最优结构的基础上,结合广州地铁4号线,对比分析了该电机和LIM的系统成本和能耗。为该类电机在轨道交通直线牵引系统实际应用奠定了理论基础和设计参考。 Based on the linear traction system of urban rail transit,the linear induction motor(LIM)and the linear flux-switching permanent magnet(LFSPM)motor with toothed secondary have been compared comprehensively.Research results show that LFSPM motor with toothed secondary has the advantages of high thrust density,high efficiency and high power factor.However,the secondary volume and cost will be high when the toothed secondary used in long-distance drive systems such as rail transit.To reduce the cost of secondary,the topology of a new LFSPM motor with segmented secondary is proposed firstly,in which the secondary only consists of segmented magnetic blocks without yoke.Hence,this motor has some merits such as small size and low cost.Harmonic analysis of the air gap magnetic field of the motor is carried out and the mechanism of thrust generation is deduced Then,the two-dimensional finite element simulation model of the motor is established under the actual size and operating conditions of the Metro driven by linear motor and some key parameters are optimized.Finally,based on the optimal structure,the system cost and energy consumption of the proposed motor and LIM are compared and analyzed combined with Guangzhou Metro Line 4,which lays a theoretical foundation and design reference for the practical application of this kind of motor in the linear traction system of rail transit.
