摘要
对碱消解-火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定土壤和沉积物中六价铬时共存元素和pH对其测定结果的干扰进行研究。结果表明,消解液和缓冲液中的Na、K元素对六价铬的测定有干扰,可通过加入质量分数1%NH 4Cl溶液来消除干扰;使用HNO 3调节pH在7~11范围内都不会对测定结果有影响。
In this paper,the interference factors of hexavalent chromium in soil and sediment by alkali digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrometry were studied.The results showed that Na and K in the digestion solution and buffer solution interfered with the determination of hexavalent chromium,which could be eliminated by adding 1%NH 4Cl solution by mass fraction.The use of HNO 3 to adjust pH in the range of 7~11 did not affect the results.
