摘要
目的探讨自拟头风解郁汤治疗偏头痛伴抑郁患者的效果。方法选取2015年6月—2016年12月于阳江市中医医院就诊的偏头痛伴抑郁患者94例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各47例。对照组患者给予西比灵口服,观察组患者给予自拟头风解郁汤口服,2组均连续治疗8周。观察2组治疗前后症状体征p评分、头痛指数、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分变化情况,比较2组随访6个月临床疗效。结果2组患者治疗后头部压痛、心烦易怒、少寐多梦、情绪低落评分及头痛指数、HAMD评分均较治疗前明显降低(P均<0.05),且观察组患者各项症状体征评分及头痛指数、HAMD评分均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组和对照组随访6个月总有效率分别为95.74%(45/47)和80.85%(38/47),观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟头风解郁汤可显著改善偏头痛伴抑郁患者临床症状体征,减轻患者头痛,效果优于西比灵。
Objective It is to investigate the effect of self-made Toufeng Jieyu decoction in the treatment of patients with migraine and depression.Methods A total of 94 patients with migraine and depression who were treated in Yangjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2015 to December 2016 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,47 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with cibilin by oral administration,and the patients in the observation group were treated with self-made Toufeng Jieyu decoction by oral administration,both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The changes of scores of symptoms and signs,headache index,and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.The clinical efficacy of 6 months follow-up was compared between the two groups.Results The scores of head tenderness,restlessness andirritability,insomnia and dreamful sleep,black mood,headache index,and HAMD scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the symptoms and signs,the headache index and HAMD score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rates after follow-up for 6 months were 95.74%(45/47)and 80.85%(38/47)in the observation group and the control group,respectively.The rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Toufeng Jieyu decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs and alleviate headaches of patients with migraine and depression.The effect is better than that of sibilin.
